Project in Cunit, with three groups of semi-detached single-family houses, as in all our projects with an architecture adapted to sustainability and energy efficiency, always thinking about the Mediterranean lifestyle, completely exterior, and in this case with sea views.

The architecture responds to new ways of life, designed for insulation, energy efficiency and well-being, together with a design inspired by homes open to light, with a multitude of open spaces throughout the building through its windows and its large terraces, specially designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate throughout the year.

The simple and fluid lines of the project draw a powerful volumetry, which denotes personality and avant-garde.  Character and design to shape buildings with our own identity.

Located halfway between Tarragona and Barcelona, just 5 minutes from the access to the C 31 motorway, 7 minutes from its spectacular beaches and 6 minutes from the train station.
